Blue Mountain Digital provides DOCSIS II based digital information, communications and entertainment to specific areas of rural Oregon. Currently we are working in cooperation with Parasun Technologies, Network Innovations and Blue Mountain TV Cable Company to provide Broadband access to Grant County. Network Innovations provides our link to "the world" from Grant County, while Parasun Technologies furnish web-based infrastructure, technical support and billing information. Currently we are leasing bandwidth and facilities from Blue Mountain TV Cable Company. Furthermore we utilize Blue Mountain TV Cable’s plant and customer service employees. We are just beginning, Blue Mountain Digital and our partners are preparing to expand Broadband service to other rural Oregon communities using satellite and fiber based technology, high quality broad-spectrum wireless is around the corner. From https://login.myaccounttools.com you may view your monthly traffic, add/remove email addresses, you may also check connection quality and verify monthly usage, permitting you to stay within your Broadband package limitations. You will need to type in your complete email address and your password. We will notify you via eMail if it appears your usage is above the norm. This will help you manage your Broadband much better and inform you of a potential virus or worm that may be covertly operating from your computer.

Every customer is provided with 20 megabytes of personal web space allowing you to create a web-site just for you. When you need room to grow Blue Mountain Digital will provide up to 500 megabytes of virtual web space, web hosting and domain registration.

Our Broadband packages allow five or more additional eMail addresses at no charge, allowing your family or business associates to have their own secure POP3 eMail account. Adding eMail accounts is as easy as a phone call to customer service 541.575.1116 or contacting customerservice@bluemtndigital.com . Blue Mountain Digital also provides "web mail" service permitting you to check your eMail while away from your computer. From any computer connected to the Internet enter the address http://webmail.bluemtndigital.com follow the prompts and you will be taken to your eMail account.

Blue Mountain Digital provides other services and options too. If you would like a wired or wireless Ethernet system in your home or business Blue Mountain Digital can provide the expertise, equipment and required bandwidth. There are numerous lease, equipment purchase and lease-to-own available. If necessary, we can provide additional dynamic and static Internet Protocol addresses and custom wiring.

Your Broadband security is very important to us. Our DOCSIS system supports many policing functions that are used to lessen the risk of hacker attacks, viruses and worms. As a result, Broadband networks are as secure as other traditional architectures. Regardless of the security provided by Blue Mountain Digital and our operating partners you should take your own precautions such as installing a firewall program in addition to any Windows or Mac provided firewall you might have. We recommend you visit http://dslreports.com/scan for a free port scan of your computer, a port is a place where information goes into and out of a computer. The scan allows you to review all accessible ports on your computer that might allow a hacker access to your computer.
